Bauer v. Sawyer

All of the parties to this action are doctors. Prior to March 31, 1954, they were associated together in a medical partnership
known as the Kankakee Clinic. On that date Dr. P.W. Sawyer, the principal defendant, withdrew from the partnership and in
May of 1954 he opened offices for the practice of medicine and surgery in the city of Kankakee.
