Beals v. Tri-B Associates

Plaintiffs, Gail Beals and Mildred Ramey, initiated this action seeking rescission of a partnership agreement and the reconveyance of certain real property. In the alternative, plaintiffs asked for a dissolution of the partnership. Plaintiffs appeal the trial courts judgment which denied rescission and reconveyance, but granted dissolution. We affirm.
