FACTS. - Lowe was seriously injured in an auto accident and was unable to return to her work at Sorenson for about a year; then Sorenson terminated her employment. While employed, she incurred medical expenses of over $200,000, and thereafter continued to incur medical expenses, but without the insurance coverage Sorenson had provided.
