ELLINGTON, J. -- At issue in this appeal is insurance coverage for release of hazardous wastes from the Western Processing Superfund site in Kent, Washington. The jury concluded the insurer was prejudiced by delayed notice. Finding no evidence of actual prejudice, we reverse.
