Cantrall v. Department of Highway Safety And Motor Vehicles

Brad Cantrall petitions this court for a writ of certiorari to quash the order of the circuit court, which denied certiorari and refused to quash an order by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles canceling his drivers license. We deny the petition.
