The second in a series of Sense-a-Books, Discovering Life Before Death is a 30 page primer describing a 5 step process for body centered self inquiry, the goal being to liberate one's Life Energy by fully exploring and transcending lifelong issues of personal insecurity.  Being rich with symbolic images, it is deliberately designed to be read slowly and to impact the reader's senses.
