Defendant-Appellant Richard W. Kremer appeals his convictions for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor;[Footnote 1] operating a vehicle with a .10% blood alcohol count (BAC) or more, a class C misdemeanor;[Footnote 2] and operating a vehicle with a controlled substance (marijuana) in the blood, a class C misdemeanor.[Footnote 3]
