Educators Mutual Insurance Association (Educators) appeals the district courts order granting Allied Property and Casualty Insurance Companys (Allied) motion to dismiss Educators complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted pursuant to Utah Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). We affirm.
