Eric Chilton v. State Alaska

BURKE, Justice. OPINION. In this appeal we are called upon to review the trial courts denial of Eric Chiltons motion to suppress certain evidence on the grounds that such evidence was the product of an illegal search. We conclude that the trial court did err in refusing to suppress the challenged evidence.
