Eugene Harris v. Federal Press Company

By order of December 19, 1995, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in Ghrist v Chrysler Corporation (Docket No. 98862). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on May 1, 1996, 451 Mich. 242 (1996), the application is again considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the judgments of the Court of Appeals and the Kent Circuit Court and REMAND the case to the Kent Circuit Court for further proceedings in light of Ghrist, (supra) .
