1. Introduction The economy of a country needs a strong component of large enterprises in order to be performing. But it must not be neglected the fact the S.M.E.-s, by complementarity's relations they develop with the large firms, have also an essential role in the construction of a "healthy" economy. The small and middle enterprises represent in fact the most numerous and important part of the enterprises, because they fulfill multiple economic, technical and social functions.
