Evelyn Morrison and Another v. John D‪.‬

In a personal injury action in Anoka County District Court defendant George J. Aumer filed a third-party complaint against John Marchand, T. E. Umhoefer, and Arrow Insurance Company for a declaratory judgment. The third-party action was tried separately before William T. Johnson, Judge, and after adverse findings, said insurance company appealed from the judgment entered and from an order denying its motion for a new trial.
