Great insight on overweight and obesity
I am myself struggling with overweight and/while I am active and eat healthy, losing weight is a big challenge. By reading this book I know more about the underlying causes and have decided to keep having the healthy lifestyle and be patient and kind to myself. I can speak dutch but reading is easier in English. The translation can still be improved. I read some dutch impact in the translation. Thanks!
