Willow is determined to make Azíl's first Christmas one to remember.
With Azíl home for his first-ever Christmas, Willow is determined to pull out all the stops and make it as perfect as she possibly can.
The tree may be decorated, and the presents might be bought, but she can't quite shake the feeling that the Sect is hanging over their heads still, and when they are given an opportunity to change that, Willow and Azíl have to decide on the best course of action.
Even so, they won't let it spoil their Christmas, especially one as magical as this.

The perfect Christmas vibe
This book captures the true Christmas spirit. And not simply because our heroine is introducing the hero to a lot of general and personal Christmas traditions, but mostly because eventually the book is about what Christmas is truly about: Being with the people you love, spending time together, making memories and sharing stories.
I love how the author introduces us to a lot of different Christmas traditions in this book without giving us the feeling that she's including traditions to include them. Everything feels natural and realistic. I can totally imagine that this is how people celebrate Christmas, that this is what they like to do and what they gift each other.
And although this is very much a Christmas novella and the bigger storyline is a little bit on hold, there is still a lot of room for the characters to grow and discover themselves and each other. I love the doubts our heroine has and how she's handling them. Sometimes it's okay to accept that what once was a dream isn't enough anymore.
I can't wait to dive into the next one!
