Garnto v. State

Terry Garnto appeals the summary denial of his motion for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. In his motion, Garnto raises ten claims. We affirm the trial courts denial of all of his claims but write to comment on two of them.
