Garrett v. Williams

Appellant Michael Lou Garrett appeals the trial courts dismissal of his pro se petition for writ of mandamus. Appellant argues that the trial court erred and abused its discretion by dismissing his petition for writ of mandamus with prejudice in accordance with Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code chapter 14. We affirm as modified.
