Garrison Retirement Home Corp. v. Kenneth Dal Hancock and Jeanne Hancock

The appellant, St. Paul Guardian Insurance Company (St. Paul), challenges a summary judgment entered in favor of the appellee, The Canterbury School of Florida, Inc. (Canterbury). We find that the trial court erred by finding that St. Pauls insurance policy was ambiguous and entering judgment for Canterbury and, accordingly, reverse.
