We have for review McCoy v. State, 582 So.2d 680 (Fla. 2d DCA 1991), in which the district court affirmed the trial courts order vacating McCoys plea and the imposition of a harsher sentence because McCoy did not testify in accordance with prior statements given to law enforcement officials.
