H. Allan Tucker v. Chantal Fianson

The defendant-appellant Tucker is an attorney who practices and resides in Broward County. Based on allegations that he had rendered negligent professional advice and services with respect to the condominium conversation of a building in Dade County owned by his client, Chantal Fianson, she sued him for legal malpractice in the Dade County Circuit Court.
