On July 7, 1941, the Trustees of Special School District No. 3 of Orange County, Florida, filed with the Board of Public Instruction
of said County seven charges in writing which are set forth in full in the opinion written for the court by Mr. Chief Justice
BUFORD when this case was before us on the first appeal. See Laney v. Holbrock, et al., in 150 Fla. 622, 8 So. (2nd) 465.
These charges were preferred under Sections 3 to 7 of Chapter 18743, Special Acts of 1937, Vol. 2, page 1142, known as the
Orange County Teacher Tenure Act, which Act became effective on May 24, 1937.H. J. Laney was tried by said Board on these
charges on July 23, 24 and 25, 1941.
