- Page 398 Gregg Hafner (Hafner) appeals from a summary judgment entered by the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Yellowstone County, in favor of defendant Conoco, Inc. (Conoco) on his claim of employment discrimination. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
