Hall v. Home Furniture Co‪.‬

Opinion by JUDGE SILVERSTEIN* Claimant, James M. Hall, seeks review of a final order of the Industrial Commission denying his petition to reopen. We set aside the order. In 1974 claimant suffered an injury to his left elbow while employed by Home Furniture Company. The significance of the injury was not apparent to claimant until 1977 when he sought medical treatment and filed a claim for compensation. The Commission determined that the claim had been timely filed and reserved the issues of permanent disability and entitlement to medical benefits for determination after additional hearings.
