Hanrick v. Barton

Mr. Conway Robinson, with whom was Mr. W. G. Hale, for the plaintiff in error; Mr. G. F. More, contra. The first and second bills relate to certain rulings upon replications proffered by the plaintiff to the pleas of the statute of limitations. As these became immaterial from the final view which the court below took of the case, which relieved the defendants from relying on the statutes of limitation, we will consider the other bills.
