Happiness: a Choice

We truly are the creators of our life, moment to moment, by the current story we are telling. Learning to notice the story, take responsibility as the teller and being willing to see differently when necessary is the key to happiness. The choice to see differently is always ours. It is the free will with which we are all gifted.
