Action instituted by the plaintiff Harlan Strong, trustee, against the defendant Fromm Laboratories, Inc., for a forced liquidation
of the assets and business of the defendant corporation, on the ground of a deadlock existing among the stockholders, and
for appointment of a receiver to operate the corporation's business pending liquidation. Edward Fromm, Walter Fromm, and Henry Fromm are brothers, and they, together with their brother-in-law, Edwin Nieman, for
many years have been engaged in operating fur farms. Such businesses have been incorporated, the corporate names of the same
being Fromm Brothers, Inc.; Fromm Brothers, Nieman & Company; Federal Silver Fox Farms, Inc.; and Fromm Bros. Silvercross
Fox Farm, Inc. Hereafter the term 'Fromms' or 'Fromm interests' will be used to refer both to the Fromms and Nieman, individually,
and to the aforenamed corporations owned and operated by them.
