Harland, d/b/a/ Harland Ranch Partnership (hereinafter, the Harlands) appeal, and Anderson Ranch Company (hereinafter, Anderson Ranch) cross-appeals, from an order entered by the Eighth Judicial District Court, Cascade County, granting summary judgment to Anderson Ranch based upon the doctrine of res judicata .
