Harley C. Brown v. Walter P. Gallipeau

This action grows out of a collision between plaintiffs automobile, while being operated by his minor son Richard, and an automobile operated by the defendant. Trial was by court. The plaintiff has excepted to the findings of fact and to the judgment for the defendant.
