Harold Lowrey v. William M. Dingmann

Action in the Stearns County District Court for the recovery of damages allegedly resulting from fraud and deceit practiced
by defendant in connection with the sale to plaintiff of two Shetland ponies. The case was tried before E. J. Ruegemer, Judge,
and a jury. The court directed a verdict for plaintiff on the issue of liability, and the jury returned a verdict for plaintiff
