Harriet Trickel v. Carl Calvin and Another

Action in the district court for Ramsey county by the special administratrix of the estate of Richard Eugene Trickel against Carl and Zelda I. Calvin, co-partners doing business as Calhoun Paint & Wall Paper Company, wherein, after verdict for plaintiff, defendants appealed from an order of said court, Albin S. Pearson, Judge, denying their alternative motion for judgment or a new trial, and from a subsequent order denying their motion to vacate the prior order and for leave to renew the original motion for judgment notwithstanding or a new trial.
