Harris County, Texas v. Inter Nos, Ltd‪.‬

Appellant, Harris County, Texas ("the County"), challenges the trial courts judgment in favor of appellee, Inter Nos, Ltd. In two issues, the County contends that the trial court abused its discretion by (1) excluding, from the jurys consideration, evidence that Union Pacific Railroad Company had not abandoned a railroad easement on property condemned by the County and (2) preventing the cross-examination of Inter Noss expert witness regarding whether the railroad easement had been abandoned. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
