I. E. Lillegard v. William H. Hutchinson

Petitioner seeks to review the action of the District Court in entertaining an application for an extension of time of redemption. The respondents in no way dispute the allegations set forth in this petition. Judgment in an action for the foreclosure of a mechanic's lien was entered in the district court. On May 17, 1935 the property involved was sold by the sheriff, as directed in the decree of foreclosure, and the holder of the certificate of sale was entitled to a sheriff's deed on May 18, 1936.
