Implementing a CPU using FPGA

This eBook is a special edition compared to the Smashwords Edition. It has higher resolution for pictures. It is a  collection of laboratory worksheets, assignments, circuits and source-codes with instructor's comments in strategic places. They are based on a Computer Architecture course at the Universiti Malaysia Sabah. They are most useful to lecturers who want to introduce practical CPU design elements in their Computer Architecture courses but will also be useful to students and hobbyists. It provides example circuits that enabled students to implement their own versions of CPU. It provides assignments of VHDL CPU and Bison assembler.
