In Interest of Doe

John Doe, a minor, appeals from the district courts affirmance of the magistrates denial of his motion to suppress. On appeal, Doe claims that he did not freely, voluntarily and intelligently waive his Miranda rights, and that his confession was coerced. For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
