Appellant Bonnie Harris, acting in her capacity as representative of her deceased husband, sought workers compensation benefits on the basis her husband died of a compensable coronary condition caused by unusual or abnormal exertion related to his employment. See WYO. STAT. § 27-14-603(b) (Supp. 1995). At the conclusion of a hearing, Harris was awarded benefits. The employer, Sinclair Trucking, filed a petition for review in the district court asking that additional evidence be taken before the hearing examiner. The district court remanded, finding the evidence Sinclair sought to add to the record was material and Sinclair had shown good cause why the evidence had not been presented at the original hearing. At the conclusion of the second hearing, the hearing examiner reversed his decision, denying Harris benefits.
