AFFIRMED. ¶1 D.B.M. appeals from a Southwest Judicial District Court judgment terminating his parental rights to S.A.L., formerly known as S.S.M., concluding he abandoned his child, the child was deprived, and it was in the best interest of the child to grant a petition for adoption by S.A.L.'s stepfather, K.E.L. We affirm, concluding the district court properly denied D.B.M.'s last-minute request for court-appointed counsel, and the evidence supports the termination of D.B.M.'s parental rights.
