In Re Dependency Of A.V.D. Mark Vandam

Mark VanDam appeals an order terminating his parent-child relationship with his daughter, "V", pursuant to RCW 13.34.180 et seq. VanDam contends that the evidence is insufficient to support the trial court's findings under RCW 13.34.180(6) and 13.34.190(2).*fn1 He further contends that the trial court should have ordered a guardianship under RCW 13.34.231 as a less restrictive alternative to termination.
