He owned the following real estate: "All that part of the South Half (S 1/2) of Section Twenty-nine (Sec. 29), Township Twenty-eight (Twp. 28) Range Ninety-three (Rge. 93), West of the 5th P.M., laying west and north of the east branch of the Des Moines River, in Humboldt County, Iowa."
