In Re Marriage of Jacobs

In this post-dissolution of marriage action, Marla Jacobs (mother) appeals the trial courts denial of her motion to set aside an ex parte judgment in favor of Jim Jacobs (father) for medical and college expenses and attorney fees. The mother contends she was entitled to notice prior to entry of the judgment. We reverse the order and remand for further proceedings.
