Kahn v. General Motors Corporation

Leonard R. Kahn appeals the decision of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York denying his motion under Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(b) to set aside the judgment in Kahn v. General Motors Corp., No. 88 Civ. 2982, 1997 WL 37581 (S.D.N.Y. Jan. 29, 1997). Because the district courts decision is within its range of discretionary authority, we affirm the decision.
