Publisher Description

This case arose as a tort action for damages sustained by the plaintiff in an automobile  collision which occurred at an obscured intersection in Yakima County. The plaintiff alleged that the county had negligently signed*fn1 the intersection. We reverse the Court of Appeals, Division Three, and reinstate the judgment for the plaintiff against the County because the trial court was correct in ruling that the County was negligent as a matter of law in its manner of signing the intersection.
