Kloster-Madsen v. Tafi's

Action in the Hennepin County District Court to foreclose a mechanics lien for materials and services allegedly performed
by plaintiff for defendant Tafi's, Inc., in the remodeling of a building. Other lien holders were joined as defendants. After
findings, Thomas Tallakson, retired judge, that other liens had priority over its purchase money mortgage, defendant The Prudential
