[79 OrApp Page 696] This is a legal malpractice action. Plaintiff appeals the trial court's order granting defendants' motion for summary judgment on the ground that her claim was time-barred. ORS 12.110(1). The dispositive issue is whether a genuine issue of material fact was raised as to when plaintiff knew, or should have known, that she had a malpractice claim against defendants. We reverse and remand.
