L.A. Young Spring & Wire Corp. v. Falls

Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order granting defendants motion for summary Disposition of plaintiffs claim under 2 of the Whistleblowers Protection Act (WPA), MCL 15.362; MSA 17.428(2). Plaintiff also contests the circuit courts subsequent order denying plaintiffs motion for reinstatement of a prior district court judgment. We affirm the circuit courts order granting defendants motion for summary Disposition. We reverse, in part, the circuit courts order denying plaintiffs motion seeking reinstatement of the district court judgment.
