Publisher Description
2. Where the mother is able to and does properly keep, care for, and control such child in her own suitable home, its custody, under the conditions here shown, should not be divided so as to permit the divorced father to transport such child to another home in a different town and surroundings for a weeks visit each month, where it is not shown that such other home is suitable, but, on the contrary, it appears that the child is there surrounded by influences hostile to the mother, and is upset by visits to such home.
