REVERSED AND REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS DOUGLAS W. GREENE, Presiding Judge Plaintiffs Leland Cundiff and his wife, Marjorie Cundiff, sued defendants Margaret Cline, 1 her daughter, Judy Crites, and Judy's husband, Junior Lee Crites. The suit alleged that the plaintiffs suffered damage because a farm in Wayne County, Missouri, which they had purchased from defendants did not contain the total acreage that had been represented to them by defendants' agent, real estate broker John Shilt. The case was court-tried, after which the trial court made findings of fact, Conclusions of law, and entered judgment for defendants. We reverse and remand.
