Lemaire v. State

This is an appeal from a district courts order granting summary judgment on an employees claims of sexual harassment and retaliation under Title VII. For the reasons that follow, we AFFIRM IN PART and REVERSE IN PART the district courts decision and REMAND for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
