Defendant-Petitioner, James Brewer, convicted of murder while perpetrating a robbery, was sentenced to death on March 1, 1978, in accord with the jurys recommendation. His conviction and sentence were affirmed in Brewer v. State (1981), Ind., 417 N.E.2d 889, cert. denied, 458 U.S. 1112, 102 S.Ct. 3510, 73 L.Ed.2d 1384. Petitioner filed a Motion for Post-Conviction Relief which was denied on January 24, 1985. Petitioner now directly appeals this denial, alleging the post-conviction court incorrectly determined the following errors had not occurred at trial:
