Neider v. Spoehr and Another

The judgment appealed from dismissed the complaint of the plaintiff, William Neider, for personal injuries resulting from an automobile accident. The jury had returned a verdict attributing 75 percent of the causal negligence to Mr. Neider and 25 percent to the defendant, Clarence Spoehr.
