Neider v. Spoehr and Others

This is an action for damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff-appellant, Edna Neider, when the automobile in which she was riding driven by her husband, defendant-respondent, William Neider, collided with an automobile driven by the defendant-respondent, Clarence Spoehr. The defendant-respondent, Milwaukee Mutual Insurance Company is the insurer of Clarence Spoehr, and the defendant-respondent, Northwestern National Insurance Company, is the insurer of William Neider.
