Neil Mickelson v. Airmen

Before Lowenstein, Presiding Judge, Turnage and Berrey, Judges. Plaintiffs, Neil and Carol Ann Mickelson, appeal from the trial court's judgment in favor of defendants Charles Easley and David Holt on a common law conversion claim. Two airplanes and an aircraft engine comprised the bulk of the property involved in this action. The Michelson's contend the judgment was against the weight of the evidence and the court erroneously applied the law of conversion.
